Ordering and Payment Terms
Orders:
- All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority (whichever is less) from Warehouse - charges reflected on your invoice.
- Opening orders should be pre-paid with Visa or MasterCard
- Net 30 Terms can be established for subsequent orders.
- Please see the catalog for quantity, minimums and pricing information.
Invoices:
- Net term accounts will be invoiced after orders have shipped and are given 30 days to remit payment.
- Invoices are mailed to the address on our billing records via the US Postal Service with the same day order ships.
Returns:
- Our product is non-returnable, with the exception of items damaged in transit.
- Please contact us prior to returning any product to receive return authorizations.
